Less a hero than a victim that many have empathy for. A shotgun that is sawed off a bit shorter than the law says is o.k. is hardly justification for killing a young boy and his mother.

Never said it justified killing his son. Im not sure about his wife who was armed and stood in front of a window or door.

Remember shots had already been fired by the boy if I recall. Things had escalated way out of control. I would never have put my family in that sort of situation.
