Put a $50 bounty on each carp & let those going after them use any possible means to get the fish. ANY WEAPON is allowed.

Bet they spend far less than $80 million.

They can also brag about new jobs.

We don't need a bounty. Asian carp are actually a cash crop. The Chinese actually prefer the taste of our carp, since we don't, as a rule, use our rivers as open sewers.

There is, or was, a pilot company on the Illinois River to harvest the fish, where they were to be flash frozen and shipped overseas as gourmet dining.

That the WH would appoint some worthless federal functionary to "oversee" the problem is the most egregious example of federal featherbedding yet.
