First thing I did was go to the keywords and look for "satire." Unfortunately didn't see it. Sheesh... Well, guess I'm "gill-ty" for carp-ing about it.

Would the wife of one of these czars be a czarina? Would a czar's significant other of any of the genders (male, female, indeterminate, etc.) be a "czar-tner"? Would their children be princes and princesses?
