One of two men arrested in Monday’s shooting at a packed Lawrence nightclub told police there was an “arrest of alien” warrant out for him when the two allegedly gunned down four people during an apparent birthday party, killing one of them.
It is unclear whether U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was aware that Fernando Guerrero Lara was a suspected illegal alien when he and Johan Saintclair allegedly walked into La Guira Restaurant shortly after midnight and opened fire.
A “detainer has been placed on Fernando Guerrero-Lara,” said ICE spokesman Harold Ort, “and we are aware of Johan Manuel Saint Clair (sic) and will take appropriate action as the situation warrants.”

According to Martha “Marsha” Coakely - AG of MA - it is NOT illegal to be illegal in MA - so I don’t know what all the fuss is about! This guy will get a slap on the wrist and a new cellphone, car, foodstamps, $$$$, free housing, healthcare, education, etc. and if he’s already receiving those bennies they will be increased to make up for the inconvenience of him being arrested.

She is a piece of excrement as is the entire city of Lawrence. I played a gig there one time and there was a hispanic club nearby. We all told ourselves, NEVER AGAIN. I won’t even step foot in that festering craphole.

LOL, good for you, I hope she heard you! Lawrence is a cesspool - as are a few other cities/towns - Lynn, Lowell, Brockton, Fall River, New Bedford, those places are crawling with illegals - I forget what the latest “undocumented” number is for the state - last I heard it was over 200K - I’m sure it’s double that - the 200k # was last year or the year before -
