There was a poll recently (in Ohio, I believe, the story was here on FR) showing that 50% of the people in the state wished Bush was still president. The “blame Bush” trick won’t work anymore. People no longer hate Bush, they are nostaligic for him. Everytime from now on Obama mentions Bush, it just brings up that nostalgia again.
