I guess I’m not very smart. It seems to me that if you arrest an illegal, you simply send them back across the border????????????????

They get a hearing before deportation. ICE doesn’t want to have to feed and house them while they wait for the hearing. Since ICE KNOWS that they’re flight risks and that most won’t show up again, this also saves on lawyer and judge time.

Yes. If you are going to “release” them, release them into their home country. Common sense.

You just don’t get it, do you? This is not the way they look at things.

In fact, You are very lucky that they don’t arrest you, for doubting them, — and by the way, if that happens, they are not going to let you go.

Remember Bill Ayres plan to rest 25 million Americans, and to send them to reeducation camps?

Remember Barak Hussein Obama’s plan to have a domestic force just as powerful as the U.S. Army, and just as well-funded?

Isn’t it absolutely amazing that half of America could have seen and known all of this before the election and still make him president?

And that is how we got where we are today.
