How is that government efficiency? They will send you back on the road with bald tires onto an occassionally wet, oil slicked highway, but let's make sure you are not adding to your carbon footprint!
This crap reminds me of Wisconsin.. You cannot buy A/C refrigerant for your car unless you are a licensed professional.. no, not talking about the CFC based stuff, I’m talking the current non ozone depleting stuff...
