Judge Won't Let Obama Fund Embryonic Stem Cell Research During Lawsuit
Washington, DC -- A federal judge has denied a request by the Obama administration to allow it to force taxpayers to fund embryonic stem cell research while it defends President Barack Obama's executive order from a lawsuit alleging it violates federal law.

There is actually one honest judge left in America? Amazing.
That was my initial reaction as well. I wish we could get this judge to hear the Arizona appeal.
Obama has been likely bullying the judiciary and the judiciary is fighting back. Furthermore, with his other violations of his boundaries as President I bet the judges are aware that they are next his in eagerness to eliminate checks on his power.
