Various members of Englands technology press core have been invited to an event hosted by HTC scheduled to take place on the 15th of September at the Hyatt Hotel in London. Rumor has it that a successor to the highly praised HTC HD2 will be announced, and that itll be called the HD3, run Windows Phone 7, have a 4.5 inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800, dual core 1.5 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, 32 GB of built in storage, 8 megapixel camera, HDMI port, 4G capabilities of some sort, and all in a 10 mm thick enclosure.

Where in WP7 is there any support for screens other than WVGA, and where exactly will these 1.5GHz processors be coming from? As far as I or Qualcomm know, there arent any in any large quantities at all, so good luck making a few million devices with a processor that doesnt exist.
Any comments? Anyone?
isn’t there a way to check FCC applications for wireless devices to confirm?
also HTC usually has web pages set up in advance whcih can be found IF you know the model name.
