They would be saddened, perhaps angered or outraged. But here's one thing for certain --- THEY ARE NOT GOING TO KILL ANYONE BECAUSE OF IT.

Good point.
Also, while Petraeus has some good traits, I was extremely disappointed that he did not change the rules of engagement.
