President Obama apparently strayed off-prompter briefly Monday. This somewhat whiny reference seems like something that would come from a politician exhausted by marathon campaigning and beaten down by the opposition, which is odd for someone whose party is still in control of Washington and who spent the better part of the summer on vacation:
Obama was in Milwaukee to speak at the Milwaukee Laborfest, attended by Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka. He used the speech to promote his $50 billion infrastructure plan and to criticize Republicans ahead of crucial midterm elections.
“Some powerful interests who had been dominating the agenda in Washington for a very long time and they’re not always happy with me. They talk about me like a dog. That’s not in my prepared remarks, but it’s true,” he told the union crowd. If by “like a dog” Obama means that every one year of his presidency feels like seven, I’m forced to agree with him. Otherwise it’s a little insulting, if for no other reason than that there are many breeds of dogs that could run the country at a lower unemployment rate.
How exactly does one talk about somebody like a dog? Or are the “powerful interests” talking to a dog — or are they speaking as a dog? Are the “powerful interests” dog haters? Are the “powerful interests” democrats who are trying to get re-elected? It’s anybody’s guess.
Probably the same as the AH1952 household. I turn the radio or tv off when I hear his grating voice0.

This is another suggestion that Obama is a Muslim.
The muzzies don’t like dogs? I hate the creatures too. I feel a sudden urge to shriek allahu akbar and fire an ak47 wildly into the sky.

And this is some EXTRAORDINARY self pity here. The man is the most powerful person on the face of the earth, and he’s whining about being treated “like a dog”. As if he’s ever known hardship, this Harvard educated son of a government minister! I remember thinking: bloody hell this guy is self absorbed, when I read one of his books prior to his nomination in 2008. He hasn’t changed.
I’m developing an allergy to that pest myself. The sight of his face or sound of his voice makes my skin crawl.

The press pic showed Bark with his feet up on the Oval Office desk
with the soles of his shoes in prominent display.
An obvious sign of his disrespect for Israel and
a signal to his mooselim friends.

Here’s another thought.
Suppose, just suppose, that for some mysterious reason, the Secretary General of the United Nations post became “open”, and they needed someone to assume that lofty position.
And suppose the UN asked Obama to assume it.....?
It’s perfectly acceptable in a Rock song.

True. But he really doesn’t show any affection for his doggie either.
The dog was practically forced upon him by Ted Kennedy and now rides in a separate airplane! LOL.
Of Course, Ted made sure the dog was a breed known for its excellent swimming capability. (snicker)
But The “dog” reference is common in Blues and Rock lyrics and therefore a part of American Culture.
So, are they going to "fix" the new oval office rug by substituting that quote for the one mistakenly attributed to MLK Jr.?
Or are they saving it to use on Mount Rushmore or on the three dollar bill when they put Obama's face there?
Perhaps that is going to be the title of his forthcoming, ghost-written autobiography (after he abdicates the throne)...
i think there are even odds on him being a muslim and he is at best/worst a muslim sympathizer. and that may or may not be why he’s not a dog lover, but a dog lover he AIN’T : ) there just isn’t much NATURAL about the guy, in any respect.
