Unless they are making the security guard a scapegoat, I don't think the school is at fault on this one.

I heard on the news (Fox & FRiends I think)that it was the security guard who told the kid he could not fly the flag.

A representative from the school said they did not have a policy that would restrict the boy from flying the flag.
