What if cartoons mocking the Quran or protest signs at the Ground Zero mosque hurt the war effort? Where do you want to draw the line?

I am not proposing government or police action. I am stating my opinion of the behavior. Tough to make a treasion case, but I can call them that for hurting the war effort.
