JERUSALEM, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- A French magazine has revealed the Israeli location of one of the largest and most important signals intelligence bases (SIGNIT) in the world.
Le Monde Diplomatique said the base is located near Kibbutz Urim in the Negev, not far from the city of Beersheba.
Israeli daily newspapers published details of the report Sunday, noting the location of the base had been kept secret prior to the French report.
The magazine also had photographic images showing the location of the base -- some downloaded by Google Earth and others taken from the roadside.

Secret? Doesn’t sound that way to me. Unless the Iranians can’t figure out Google Earth.

Israel reveals nothing, especially to the French of all people, unless it wants to.

Try Wikimapia.org. I did notice, however, that the Khark Island dredging barge once labeled as a "Khomeini-Class Aircraft Carrier" by some miscreant has now been relabeled as a "boat".
