What has the CEO of GE brought to shareholders lately ? What have Citigroup, Bank of America and a host of others given to shareholders that justify their fat bonuses?

That's a call for the shareholders of GE, Citigroup, BoA, and all that "host of others" to make, and it's none of your (or anyone else's) business if you're not a shareholder of one of those companies.
