The small town of Richmond, Maine, offers a key to understanding why we need be concerned, not only about building a mosque at Ground Zero in New York City, but anywhere. I'm already concerned. I'm concerned nearly out of my wits. What can I do about it? I didn't vote for it. I didn't vote for mosques. I didn't vote for millions of third-worlders who don't want to live in freedom, who don't want to participate in our republican form of government, who want to destroy it and turn our Nation into a western outpost of the excrement-holes they came from. I don't want it, but the elites who run things at present have decided they want it, so that's the way it's going to be.

I don't need lessons in what I should be concerned about. I don't need lessons in how concerned I should be. My concern level is off the charts. Why doesn't this guy peddle his message to the faculty of Harvard Univesity.

It doesn’t make sense to expect Muslims to assimilate. Islam is a war plan.

Bump for a wake up call...

"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
-Sir Winston Churchill

That is the real problem with Islam. They come to a country not to become a citizen of that country and to adopt the values of that country, but rather to establish a Muslim base and multiply, with the intent to convert and transform that country. Look at France or the Netherlands. Are those Muslims assimilating? Look at the Muslims in England. Are they becoming British citizens with British values?

It seems like American Muslims are pretty tame by global standards. Many of them are just normal guys and girls who pray toward Mecca 5 times a day and hold down a job. They are taking a soft approach to the US because we have more likelihood of resistance than in Europe. They will break down one barrier at a time, such as in wearing the hijab at Disney World or establishing Muslim school holidays. Maybe taxi drivers will refuse to transport alcohol or dogs. Then come the demands for Shari'a courts for Muslim affairs. It's all downhill from there.

conversion of Islamic nations to democracy is in our national security interests

No, Frances. Islamic nations cannot be converted to democracy and still be Islamic. That is a contradiction in terms.

Sir Winston Churchill was certainly a visionary. He also saw the threat of Radical Islam many years ago.

Correct. The left mistakenly believes that Muslims share our values, and if we’re nice to them, they’ll be nice to us. Bull. Islam is a political ideology based on violence, and they want to subjugate and conquer the West. If civilization falls, it will be because our leaders are too PC and cowardly to really go to war with Islam. We should nuke them all and turn their countries into radioactive glass, because when they get nukes, thats what they’ll do to us.

You cant reason with a rabid dog.

I wouldn't be suprised. Churchill pointed out in the late 20's that Islam was totally incompatible with Western Culture.

This Islam problem has been around for quite awhile.

What Thomas Jefferson learned from the Muslim book of jihad

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1764244/posts

“Because American commerce in the Mediterranean was being destroyed by the pirates, the Continental Congress agreed in 1784 to negotiate treaties with the four Barbary States. Congress appointed a special commission consisting of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin, to oversee the negotiations.

Lacking the ability to protect its merchant ships in the Mediterranean, the new America government tried to appease the Muslim slavers by agreeing to pay tribute and ransoms in order to retrieve seized American ships and buy the freedom of enslaved sailors.”

Forgot to add:

“Jefferson’s victory over the Muslims lives on today in the Marine Hymn, with the line, “From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli, we will fight our country’s battles on the land as on the sea.”

It wasn’t until 1815 that the problem was fully settled by the total defeat of all the Muslim slave trading pirates.

Jefferson had been right. The “medium of war” was the only way to put and end to the Muslim problem. Mr. Ellison was right about Jefferson. He was a “visionary” wise enough to read and learn about the enemy from their own Muslim book of jihad.”

OF COURSE it was.

If ever Islam had an archenemy, it was Winston Churchill.

One of the very first official acts of President Palin in January 2013 should be a formal and very “public” request to the British government that the Churchill bust be returned to the United States so it can be “restored” to its proper place in the White House.

A quote from an 1899 book by Winston Churchill, "The River War", in which he describes Muslims he apparently observed during Kitchener's campaign in the Sudan

How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property - either as a child, a wife, or a concubine - must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.

Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the Queen; all know how to die; but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science - the science against which it had vainly struggled - the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome.
