Ahhhh...a REAL man! Thanks Patti!
The President is looking even better than usual these days — getting FAR away from DC is obviously good for one’s health!!

the right advisors at the right time and they actually KNEW
what they were doing.

Hoping for lots of pictures from Fort Campbell as well---GWB will LOVE signing books there, won't he? :)
Great picture, pattyvita! GWB looks fantastic! Thanks for posting.

(Tonight on CSpan) FORMER PRESIDENT BUSH OFFERS INSIGHT ON HIS PRESIDENCY
http://cspan.org/Events/Former-Pres-Bush-Offers-Insight-on-His-Presidency/10737419191/
It was amazing to see OUR President so at ease and conversive with the students and Brian. What a wonderful, brilliant man. We were so very blessed to have him as our President and I miss him every day.
The best line of the Q&A ... paraphrasing:
Brian asked why there was no mention of Scott McCleland in the book. W basically said he was not involved in the decision making therefore he was irrelevant. LOL! Love ya W!
I’m so glad you were able to catch the CSpan interview — or should I say (thankfully) the SMU student body interview.
I too am often melancholy after watching these interviews . . . I sooooooooooooo miss having President Bush and Laura in the White House.

Now that it’s Super Bowl week — in DALLAS — I hope we will get to ‘see’ a lot more of President Bush and his wonderful family!
CHARITY IS RIGHT UP BUSHES’ ALLEY
By Alan Peppard
Super Bowl week began with a presidential imprimatur thanks to former first twin Barbara Bush. She rousted her parents, George W. Bush and his wife, Laura, out of their Dallas home to greet all and we mean all of the guests at the Super Bowl-a-Thon, a fundraiser for the non-profit she co-founded, Global Health Corps.

TODAY, PRESIDENT BUSH’S FACEBOOK PAGE TOPPED 700,000 ‘LIKES’!!
[702,372 to be exact . . . That’s our VERY popular president!]

Awesome, that’s really remarkable. Good to know that President Bush’s popularity only keeps getting bigger as time passes by and his Facebook page is a testament to that!
Well, even though no pictures from the Fort Campbell visit happened today, at least you can see many more pics from Sunday’s Bowl-A-Thon charity event. They’re all very nice and high quality (267 pics in total!) Have a peek!
