Dupont wanted Cap & Trade. ALL Delaware politicians of every stripe ALWAYS vote with Dupont interests, as well as with the gigantic rip-off credit card operations.
Outside of that Delaware's only industry consists of selling cheap fireworks and condoms to homosexuals at the shore.
