In case anyone missed it earlier, this link is rather disturbing, although I am not a legal scholar, this document has no attachments or appendix. It is a blank slate waiting to be filled in, and it was posted 4 days ago. Those changes are linked to from this site here. Scroll down to the discussion on "2010 MCM Amendments". And while the changes would have absolutely no impact on the Lakin case since it began before they were announced, nothing in them seems to have any impact on the case even if they did apply.
