Any parent who buys their child a Tattoo is guilty of Child abuse in my opinion, and Yes I know my opinion isn’t worth much.
If the kid wants a Tattoo that badly they can find a job and buy it themselves,Nothing like mutilating your beautiful daughters back with a Tramp Stamp.
