I’m from another generation entirely (probably another planet). I shave my head over the compost pile and scars suffice for tattoos. The offspring know that getting tattoos will result in their death - at my hands.

That was a rule set in our house also. Until they turned 18 and moved out they could not doodle or stick dumb holes in the bodies we were still supporting.
