We ought to be able to support Blue State Pubbies without losing our heads over them.

***********

He faced off the teachers’ unions. That was major, in my book.

This is a major error, however, as was bleating about the also out of state mosque.

Christie also is pro-amnesty and soft on the Second Amendment. He is doing a fine job in NJ but I wouldn't support him for national office.

I used to like him but at this point he should be mayor of Newark, Camden or Asbury Park.

Brewer endorsed McCain, Christie endorses Castle. These governors are not Tea Party, they are establishment.

This is why we vet candidates thourouly. Between this nonsense and him sticking his nose into the Ground Zero mosque, he is becoming unelectable nation wide. Remember that he is hard right by NJ standards. He will also need to go to Washington for a bailout in the next year or so no matter what he accomplishes because the state is in that much financial mess.

How Conservative is the state of Delaware? I have no idea. But I get frightened about candidates that are popular with the Right but can't compete in the statewide election. I am not in favor of RINOs but Scott Brown is about as Conservative as Massachusetts will elect. In other words, not too Conservative but will allow for another R in the Senate. Maybe Christie is aware of how far right Delaware might vote. Just an observation.

“Tuesday, September 14. Sarah might be waiting for the exact right time. This race just started getting hot less than a week ago when the Tea Party Express said it would be spending $ in Delaware.”

I think she is waiting. I believe she knew Castle would use these attacks figuring that Murkowski did not attack. So when the attacks are out there good, Sarah will slam into Castle with her endorsement of Christine, which will suck all the air out of the attacks and label Castle as the liberal he is, enabling Christine to win. That is how I would play it.

ANd these attacks are, as Mark Levin said, phony. They don’t mean an thing other than that she is not a multi- millionaire, which most voters are not as well. There is going to be a backlash against these attacks (as Mark Levin pointed out on his radio show) since many voters are experiencing financial difficulties now. And it will have a similar effect as the one in South Carolina. And when that (back)lash falls on old Castle, who do you think is gonna be wielding the whip?

I’m afraid Christie’s endorsement might carry some weight in your neighboring state.

What’s your opinion, everyone?

Thanks for the link. This race is coming together just at the right time. Even better than Joe Miller, because Castle is much more odious than Murkowski was.

One good hard push from Sarah Palin and the Republic will be rid of Castle for good (and Christine O’Donnell will join the growing Constitutionalist caucus)

I'm aware of that fact. I'm just wondering how aware Christie might be of the voting proclivities of Delaware. I AM NOT in favor of RINOs but would rather have a RINO than a Dem.

ROTFLMAO. Seriously that is all I can say. How funny. You can’t write stuff. FREEPERS (some) again wanted a guy for President who is a great economic governor but clearly not a conservative.

Christines financial issues can be spun to Christines advantage.

Where was the Delaware GOP when Christine was taking on debt to try to defeat a Liberal Democrat in 2008? Were they unable to help her? Or were they unwilling? Did they prefer Biden to O’Donnell in 2008? Was O’Donnell too conservative for the RINOs in the Delaware GOP?

The Delaware GOP doesn’t seem to even like elections.

“How Conservative is the state of Delaware? I have no idea.”

Delaware is more conservative than People think. They elected Pete Dupont governor in the late 1980s and they elected Senator Bill Roth, author of the massive Reagan tax cuts (the Kemp-Roth tax bill) Five Times between 1970 and 2000. A conservative can win there, especially in this year.
