Again I voice my disapproval of police in America. They are simply unionized, power wielding humans. Thugs with law behind them. And the reason I am attacking the cop in this piece is because he could have stopped it and had them all detained. Last I check security do not have the right or authority to physically touch you. They must have LEO’s do the actual arrest.

Depends on the state’s laws regarding citizen’s arrest.
LE in this country, from which I am retired, has become nothing more than armed handmaidens doing the bidding of the ruling bureaucratic elite and armed revenue shakedown artists with their violation of private citizens’ rights and ticket-writing, fines, etc.. They do little real LE work, just push people around on behalf of their government masters.
