I wonder what judge the Department of Justice is going to try to steer this case before? If I were the judge, I’d throw it the hell out!

Since President Obama is defying the courts in closing the off shore drilling, I see no reason for Arizona or Sheriff Arpaio to obey any court order.
I am a long time lurker here and a resident of Maricopa county and I remember that this particular lawsuit started under the Bush administration, not that it really matters.
