The Constitution says that in order to be President, one has to be a natural born citizen. There is considerable evidence that fraud has been committed.

No one is asking the judge to remove the scum from his CIC duties.

If fraud was committed, a grand jury investigation can be held in any jurisdiction where that fraud expressed itself. For example, in order to get on the ballot in Arizona, Obama had to personally sign a state of Arizona document attesting to the fact that he is a natural born citizen of the United States of America. That means any district attorney in Arizona could convene a Grand Jury, subpoena Obama’s records and if there is evidence of fraud, indict Obama for committing a felony.
No one has taken on that approach.
