Estrada was nominated to Court of Appeals for DC circuit which is a springboard to U S Supreme Court where he may have been the first Latino on high court. But Senate Judiciary Committee (Ted Kennedy, Leaky Leahy, and the other evil ones) would not give him a vote. Dubya held him out there for 2-3 years. The guy put his life on hold. He and/or his parents was a legal immigrant from Honduras. The American dream snuffed out because he was wrong party ala Clarence Thomas.
