I think most Cubans will vote for Rubio. Rubio’s mother and father are exiles from Cuba.

As far as the Latino vote, many Cubans feel that Latinos in many parts of Florida are on the dole and costing them their hard earned money.

I believe Cubans want to vote for Rubio too, but I don’t believe democrats want him to have that vote. The counters determine the win. As long as it is fair, Rubio wins the Cuban vote. If the dems count the way they like, and they run the machines, Rubio may not win the Cuban vote.
