If Soebarkah is holding back a legitimate birth certificate with no issues, just to screw with the legal system and open multiple lawsuits, I think this would qualify a High Crime and Misdemeanor as it would be a clear abuse of the Judicial system and our national defense resources at time of war.

Think about it. If he could end all of this by telling Hawaii to open the files, it would be over. Instead, has had Judge after Judge looking at this, all over the country, working on these law suits. This is an abuse of the system. An abuse of the Presidential powers.

Impeachment should follow this trial, regardless of outcome.
