“Fixing” Obamacare has just been uncovered as the new talking/selling point for the Dems going forward, as they dig in , and look for ‘practical’ ways to hang on to their program, and not have it look like they’re terribly afraid it will be defunded or overturned, or otherwise receive a cataclysmic welcome once its first effects are felt.(they already are being felt, but not by enough people)
They are asking to be trusted to let it go ahead and be implemented, and allowed to refine it, alter it, change it at will-—this from a bill no one read, and no one was encouraged to read.
Murkowski, as quoted, was just squawking her last-ditch recitation of these talking points: if her fate is any indication, this thing is dead in the water.
