Anyone receiving government assistance should have their voting rights suspended until they no longer receive said assistance. No one should be able to vote to fatten their wallet at the expense of US taxpayers.

I am willing to say this does not apply to seniors at or over current retirement age. This caveat does NOT apply to those too lazy to work. I have no problem helping those that CANNOT work but I draw the line at those that WILL NOT work.

I can’t find the link right now, but Walter Williams has proposed that all Americans be entitled to one vote, but that those who pay taxes get a second vote as well.

Sounds radical. Sounds reasonable.
