I love watching Glenn Beck on TV.
Day winding down, he makes so many good points. As someone who has spent a lifetime studying history, been there in government and politics, I find it great to watch Beck’s particular insistence on educating Americans about real history that has gone missing. Having long ago learned first hand the progressive-race connection, for example, by having lived for a couple years in Woodrow Wilson’s hometown, I am stunned to see someone have the wit and the chops to detail this particularly disturbing history of America’s “progressive” president on popular television.
Bravo.
So I watched the rally on C-SPAN.

I’m surprised by very little these days, but it is truly amazing the amount of negative commentary all over the net from people who have no clue what the rally was about, why people went and what actually happened there.

This article was, for me, one of the most enlightening articles that I have read in a long time. The full importance didn't sink in until I saw the film clip, last night, of Hillary condemning Arizona for human rights violations. The liberal elite and their academics want an open borders One America, similar to the European Union. They see themselves as the brightest, most enlightened people on Earth, who will rule over the profit seeking workers. It struck me that the these so-called thinkers, the pseudo-intellectuals are much like the babies of the wealthy slave owners, sucking at the teat of the wet nurse slave, all the while dreaming of slave ownership.

I listened to Beck years ago, on the radio mornings (Fla), so I have some...questions re this guy...but... wait-n-see...
They exist to be martyred for their feel good delusions and the evil Left will oblige. Of course memories are short and we have been down this road before with some praying outfit called “Promise Keepers” which the media noticed was nearly all white. The PKs were attacked as “racist” the PK went into “inclusive” mode and within weeks disintergrated.
The Beck MLK cult might last longer because he has provided some insulation from the race card right off the bat, but the heydays of white women busy bodies to the rescue are long gone and Beck cannot revive them anymore than Obama can revive a debt saturated economy with Communism.
I liked him but found him odd on the radio.
Then on TV he was ok till he started acting like South bashers here.
Beck simply is dishonest in his portrayal of history to suit himself at times...he is truthful more than not don’t get me wrong but he just plays like a revival preacher a bit skirting inconvenient truths

I bought his Common Sense and Arguing with Idiots...they are ok but simplified like Cliff Notes which is how he views his version of history

His bashing of Wilson is appropriate but his treatment of Teddy and to a lesser degree Taft is weird and he worships the Radical GOP of the 1860s...who were sorta responsible to some degree with the Leviathan we live with today

IMO, it seems the difference in Beck of yesteryear’s radio and Beck of FauxToday is simply that he was successful in getting recruited by Faux and they, of course, placed some restrictions on him for their own purposes—these restrictions were no problem to beck, apparently.

I really detest this entire kind of anal exam can’t a person just speak from their convictions what is in their heart and mind without all this assigning motives or short comings that is being subjected into the event!
I pray someday we can divorce ourselves from the entire tactic that the Left aka Progressive use in their scorch earth warfare.

The Lord did not use a cookie cutter he made all of us different for a reason so each brings to the table something that the children will be able to recognized that relates to them.
I think this is a blessing in safty because than we are not all in a lock step but able to understand by seeking common ground according to the principles!

Levin does not like Beck, because the inner political cr@p going on at FOX, threatens his friend Hannity, who I also like.
I love Levin and listen to him every day, but he needs to figure out that Beck is one of the good guys.
It is obvious that Hannity and Beck are not friendly, he has yet to mention the name Beck on his show, and even last night when he had Palin on the show, not one word was mentioned of the Rally, the biggest story of the month.

Yes but I have been reading and listening to comments for several days now if nothing when is man going to nurture his better half that has been missing for decades now.

After further consideration Beck is simply a tool of the GOP for at least this election cycle. White women are the swing vote, and Beck’s cult exists to capture them for the GOP. The Left is not very “nice” these days since their “nice” attractive white women front pieces are largely hidden and people who remind the “nice” women of the people who terrorized their parents neighborhoods and lives are front and center.
He is ambivalent on the subject, big difference, but he certainly doesn't approve the practice.
What do the critics of Beck on this forum hope to achieve?
I am sure Mitch McConnel could have drawn the same crowd, but I have no clue what he would have said. Do you?
