The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against the Maricopa County Community College District alleging it engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination in hiring authorized non-citizens.
The Justice Department says its investigation revealed that Maricopa Community Colleges required all newly hired non-citizens to present additional work authorization documents beyond those required by law, but did not require U.S. citizens to do so.

BO and his ilk are going to pick, pick, pick on Arizona unless we tell them, “ENOUGH!”. They’re itching for a show down at the OK Corral.

Why is the Community College hiring non-citizens when there are more than 20 million American citizens without jobs?
If anyone is suing, it should be on the part of American citizens.

I'm guessing they asked to see their green card.Producing a valid green card would be something required under law as basic proof/authorization to work for a non-citizen, unlike a student or tourist visa.

I’m guessing this is harrassment, busy work by Holder in the JD, showing us he can act as the thug he is, but which will be another dead end for the department.
Yes, for some reason they want us in a civil war, in the streets. I wonder why?

“Doesn’t make sense.”
It isn’t about the facts; it’s about the harassment.

Typical libs.
They don't appreciate in the slightest that, while patient to a point, AMERICANS HAVE A BREAKING POINT.
