You want to talk about hostility, single minded and people trying to convince you they are smarter than you? Announce to your stake you are having serious doubts and questions about LDS, Inc. Whoa!!

Most of them are just that — “stories” — with the supposed slights embellished, and a lot of pertinent facts left out, like facts about the storyteller’s behavior and overt hostility. Just like my kids. “Mom, he hit me.” “What did you do?” “Nothing.” Yeah, right.
Mind you... I am not a Mormon, but I have known many many Mormons who have left their church and not one of them have told me they were threatened or harassed. Pretty much all of them are in good graces with their families,see no difference from the lapsed Catholics I know in similar situation.
