And even more concerning is the fact that the HDOH has indirectly confirmed in 2 different ways that what Obama’s campaign has presented is in fact a forgery.
The birth certificate he has in Hawaii has no legal value because it has been amended. It almost certainly is also late. Both characteristics render it worthless as legal evidence. The only way it could have legal value is if it was presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body and they determined that it was probative. Obama has spent mega-tax dollars to make sure that never happened.

And the birth certificate is not the only problem. The Passport Office just submitted in an affidavit for the Strunk case a huge whopper - a claim that the retention requirement for passport records was changed between 1980-84 and most of 125 million passport records were destroyed. But there would have to be a paper trail for such a retention change and records destruction, and the places where the trail should be show nothing of the sort.
IOW, it looks very strongly as if the Passport Office told a bold, documentable lie in order to explain why they won’t show the 1965 or earlier passport records for Obama’s mother. They have those records; the index of the passports granted is required to be permanently retained. They are perjuring themselves in order to not have to show what they have. How is his birth certificate in ANY WAY relevant to the issue of whether he is Muslim today? His father was a Muslim and Obama’s alleged birth certificate shows Barack Obama Sr. to be his father. This would appear to confirm that belief of the general public that the son turned out Muslim too.
So I think it’s pretty illuminating for BHO to respond to a question about his religion with a joke about his birth certificate. In the words of Shakespeare “The lady doth protest too much, methinks.” The average member of the public might be forgiven for thinking this was a very revealing Freudian slip.
It’s also revealing that Obama is well aware of the concern he has caused by not being straightforward about his BC. So either he is totally clueless in realizing that producing his long-form BC would settle the question or he’s implicitly acknowledging that the president of the most powerful nation on the planet can’t or won’t produce his long-form BC to settle this question?
Since most people realize that even the most lowly holder of a Hawaiian BC can obtain a long-form version for release to every form of media that requests it, his statement reduces to his either being clueless or pointlessly stubborn. Wow!
Yep - it really makes me want to see it now. Perhaps it’s really not about his birthplace, but the fact that it’s been amended to show Indonesian citizenship by virtue of his adoption, without him ever declaring U.S. citizenship at the legal age.
The Indonesian adoption would be a link to Islam, since he had to be a Muslim to go to school there.
It’s mindboggling that someone so anti-American in his upbringing could occupy the Oval Office.
