Five years and still unrepaired. Not even partially
Are the people down there really that incompetent and/or lazy?
NOLA is one of those places I have no desire to visit. They took my recovery donation and tax money and pissed it away.
That’s what happens when political fiefdoms and massive bureaucracies collide in a cesspool of corruption... good people get burned.
Been there a couple times. I liked Baton Rouge more.. altho Fat City was fun. ;-)

They were never repaired when people actually lived in them if the government didn’t do it! What do you expect from people who have never taken care of themselves!
