The police here in San Diego claim they can’t stop people from sleeping in the streets due to violation of the civil rights.

And sleep in the streets they do. Ever try getting back your car after attending game at Petco Park?

Did you mention they PITCH TENTS on the sidewalks of San Diego after dark, especially around the library downtown and you can smell the pee and poop!

Yeah, you really want to go downtown for a good meal!
