Mexico City, Mexico (CNN) -- At least two car bombs exploded Friday near the television studios of Televisa in Ciudad Victoria, the capital of Tamaulipas state in northeastern Mexico, the station and the government-run news service reported.

"And the border is still wide open..... "
And that's the biggest contributor to this problem IN MEXICO.
The open border allows these cartels and other criminal organization to move drugs, weapons, money and people freely both ways. And, the Federales couldn't handle them if they wanted to, and they don't.
The money and drugs have nearly completely taken over the security branches. Combine all their indigenous problems with the emerging Islamic influence and you have chaos.
Within 20yrs the US Army will have to be the Government of Mexico or we will have to completely seal them off from the rest of the world and let the criminals die on the vine.

And folks ask me why I own stock in beer distributorships. Because of people like me who act on the belief that alcohol, tobacco, and firearms should not be a government organization, but a checklist of items to have on hand for the weekend?

"Within 20yrs the US Army will have to be the Government of Mexico or we will have to completely seal them off from the rest of the world and let the criminals die on the vine."
Or the US will continue a series of PR oriented, ineffective, border measures, and gradually lose the South West to narco pseudo governments.

Host: “We just had a shooting and the policia are hauling the bodies out. If you don’t mind blood stains on the floor we can have you seated in about 10 minutes.”
Diner: “That will fine.”
