Yes indeed. An unusual twist on a “states’ rights” issue though, that is, Georgia, apparently implementing the letter of the feral Voting Rights Act, fended off an attack from odinga’s DOJ who was basing their attack on Georgia on absolutely — NOTHING. Cool.
