I note that you didn't say muslims against Christians...
Ditto!
.....guess the only person that can ask him about it will be the shrimp lady. MMM MMM MMM, guess it was coincidence.
You are an FR treasure.
*shakes heads*
I’m reminded of that scene from The Hunt for Red October when Fred Thompson’s character talks about this business getting out of hand.
Will there be a ticker-tape parade?
Good...Let him get his Izlamania out into the open...There’s got to be tons of Democrats who are getting nauseated with this Traitor in Chief...
I agree. But, I think it's a different set of two people: Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols.
Clinton was on his way to being a one-term President before the Oklahoma City terrorist attack. Never being one to let a crisis go to waste, he used the event to demonize his political opposition, even though there was no evidence to support that association.
At the time, I wondered if it was going to be another Reichstag fire.

EITHER WE ARE GOING TO BLOW A GASKET OR BECOME DRUNKS ( I need a drink)
“I note that you didn’t say Muslims against Christians.”
And now I note that you’ve noted that. If the tone of my post wasn’t clear, I mean’t Muslims against Christians, race against race, religions against religions, people against people, across the board. I mean’t it all.
Does ANYONE doubt that we have a traitorous administration.
Releasing terrorist, illegals, and getting in bed with the Taliban. Notice all of the above are hellbent on destroying Americans.
I wouldn't say they were unimportant. They certainly allowed Clinton to change the narrative from the "Contract with America". But, people vote with their wallets, generally speaking, and McVeigh and Nichols didn't impact the economy in any way. Gates and Grove did.
When Bill Clinton was elected, unemployment was at 7.4%. When Clinton was reelected unemployment was at 5.6%, almost two full points lower, and the economy was growing at a record pace. Clinton could have been filmed molesting young boys in October of '96, and he still would have been reelected because people were employed, and they had great confidence they were going to remain employed.
Clinton survived Impeachment because on the day of Impeachment, unemployment stood at 4.40%. Clinton became more popular after Impeachment because just 12-months later, unemployment was at 3.9% - which I believe is an just 30 or so basis points from the all-time record low
Carville was and is right - It's the economy stupid - a lesson that is lost on Obama, which will be his undoing.
Let's hope if the Republicans regain control of Congress this year, they don't squander it like they've done in the past. If they don't hold a Conservative line, and hold firm against Obama and his minions, they will be gone. Based on their past performances when they've been in power, I'm a bit skeptical. I'm hopeful they will do the right thing, but still wary that they won't turn into weak-kneed wusses.
It’s them teabaggers. It’s them teabaggers and them bitter people clinging to their guns and religion. They’re the ones that are calling our dear leader a moose limb.

"It's politics at this point," said one military official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss policy. He said he thinks the administration does not want to proceed against a high-value detainee without some prospect of civilian trials for other major figures at Guantanamo Bay.
