Restoring Honor Rally at the Lincoln Memorial
The rally is scheduled to start at 10:00 am and to conclude at 1:00 pm. The following roads will be closed for this event starting at 8:00 am and should reopen by 3:00 pm:
•17th Street between Constitution Avenue and Independence Avenue SW
•Henry Beacon Drive
•Daniel French Drive (6:00 am)
•23rd Street, SW
•Westbound Independence Avenue between 17th Street and 23rd Streets, SW
•Maine Avenue split to westbound Independence Ave (all traffic will be detoured north to 15th Street)
Additional road closures may occur throughout the day as needed.
There are also rolling closures for Rev. Al’s march and also a student March near Howard University that will block some roads from that direction.
