SNIP...Here is their credo:
Some businesses play Fox without having thought about it at all, and may not know how divisive and dangerous Fox is. Turn Off Fox will help you work with others in your area (and across the country) to identify places that play Fox, ask them to change the channel, and explain why they should.
Its easy! Arm yourself with a few PDFs and make your case. After that, report back to your leaders, notify them where Fox is playing, and tell them how the business owner responded to you.
For the Turn off Foxers, Fox News is not just a channel for news, its a channel for evil.
Fox News isnt just the home for hate, its the home for dangerous and lazy journalism. says featured member Malkia Cyril, Its time for the public to turn off Fox News lies.

What lies? Examples, please?
OMG!!! THAT’S A WOMAN!!! I swear I thought it was a guy. Scary stuff!
Funny thing is, CNN is far more vulnerable.
I say every FReeper should stop by Sav-on, Rite Aid electronics counter and pick up a cheap universal remote.
Then, whenever in an airport or other public place, run through the frequencies and turn off CNN.
Because frankly. That’s their only remaining audience. :)
I thought they hung out a “Mission Accomplished” Banner years ago.
I never see FoxNews in public.
You were given advance warning!
Then, whenever in an airport or other public place, run through the frequencies and turn off CNN.
Even better - a TV remote control app for your smart phone, or one of those $30 Casio TV remote wristwatches. I've used an iPhone app to switch off CNN in an airport before - very satisfying. :-)
More than one can play this game.
I did that today in a Dr’s waiting room ... 7 people. CNN was on ... I asked for a DEMOCRATIC vote to change the channel, it was unanimous ... we changed to FOX. When you think about the ratings, how often are you going to find a majority of people in an establishment agreeing with you. Your odds are the same as the ratings ... and CNN and MSNBC will lose the vote every time! :-)
When I stay in motels that have a computer in the lobby, I reset the home page to F.R.
I even have created an icon on the desk tops that open directly to F.R.
It’s on because it is the most popular news station and the one the patrons of the businesses want to watch. So they are going to go around asking places to turn off a news channel playing? Do people have nothing better to do with their lives?
maybe someone will produce a pin I could wear in a bar that says “I tip more when Fox is on TV”
FOX related Plea for help! I told TW Cable to screw off and cancelled cable but am going through some withdrawal....shaking, chills, and alternating voices in my head.(Its like a catfight between Keith Overboard and Sissy Matthews)
Is there ANYWHERE on the web that I can view Fox News Channel live?? Without having to pay of course :)
If anyone is kind enough to help, I will be forever grateful.
FRegards,
JD
Liberals are such titty-babies.
Do they have one that shuts down cell phones??? That is what I want to see.
When I book Hotels I ask if they have Fox News and if they don’t I tell them that is why I won’t book with them. Same with any place I go. If they have a TV tuned to CNN I tell them I am leaving bacause of that.
“Is there ANYWHERE on the web that I can view Fox News Channel live?? Without having to pay of course :)”
In a Piecemeal fashion, yes.
1) For a lot of clips, go to their site and select a host:
(has his Talking Points, Interviews and more (practically 70% of the show.)
2) http://WatchGlennBeck.com
has current shows to watch
3) http://Hulu.com has Red-Eye episodes
4) YouTube has all the rest (Just do a sharp search - “Hannity and Michelle Malkin” or similar
Hope this helps
