That GZ Deli will have a Jewish owner who serves certified kosher food under on-site rabbinic supervision with an a big Jewish customer base. Upstairs will be an Orthodox, Ashkenaz synagogue. That right there alone will make the Muzzies angry.
Then you have the Starbucks franchise which was started by Howard Schultz who is Jewish. This store will be Jewish-owned, also. Upstairs will be an Orthodox, Sefardic synagogue. Might want to put several other Jewish groups in those upstairs floors both buildings, too, that are pro-Israel and Conservative!
Once the gay bar shuts down then it can be bought by another Jewish group or individual who will set up shop to serve more Jews. The Muzzies by this time will be so angry they’ll will want to put a jihad on those in the three buildings around them or simply move to another location.
