Well, Bloomberg is moving a large part of his business to Dubai, according to reports yesterday.
You would think that if he wants to capitalize on that market he needs to immerse himself in it. America? is amarginal pocket for his product and his activities. HE needs to go and live, set up an HQ in Medina/ Mecca!
well, perhaps Dubai is just as good for him.....
