Any Clinton appointee / Obama appointee court? I've noticed those particular types of judges have a particular disregard for the rule of law.
Are we talking about the same courts who think "public use" in the Constitution means "any reason the government wants, including private use" when referring to eminent domain?
The text of the law and the intent behind it have never stopped a court with an agenda. The law doesn't make me feel safe.
