Odd place to take a train to, from NK.
It’s all the way down by Taiwan, inland from Fujian province.

If Chia Head crossed at Manpo, Jagang Province of N. Korea, the train only heads SW. It is about 9km to Jian, Jilin Provence, CN. Just across the Yalu.
Jian is noted for "archaeological remains of 40 tombs which were built by Koguryo (37 BC AD 668), one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea, that ruled over northern China and the northern half of the Korean Peninsula".
