Apparently Barack Obama is not content to make a federal case out of his immigration feud with Arizona; he just made it an international one.
The president’s first-ever report on U.S. human rights to the UN Human Rights Council contains a rich vein of offensive material. So far, one aspect has not been reported: our petty president used the situation to bash Arizona’s immigration law — and possibly transfer jurisdiction over the law from Arizona to the UN. Throughout the report, which sounds like an Obama campaign speech, the president discusses “the original flaw” of the U.S. Constitution, America’s tolerance for slavery, and his version of our long and despicable history of discriminating against and oppressing minorities, women, homosexuals, and the handicapped. After each complaint, he addresses how he is delivering us from ourselves, patting himself on the back for such initiatives as ending “torture,” promoting Affirmative Action, and passing health care legislation.
In his section on “Values and Immigration,” he praised the Department of Homeland Security’s efforts to provide better medical care for detainees and increase “Alternatives To Detention” (e.g., letting them go). Then he turned to the one state that has had the temerity to stand in his way of fundamentally transforming the American electorate: *****
On Obama’s command, Attorney General Eric Holder has sued the State of Arizona for passing a law that he criticized without reading, and which merely upholds federal law. (He gave sanctuary cities a pass.) He now threatens an additional lawsuit against Sheriff Joe Arpaio for “racial profiling” when arresting illegal immigrants near the Mexican border.
Obama’s turns his skirmish with Jan Brewer from a states rights dispute into an international human rights cause. It also places Arizona’s law in the hands of the United Nations.

It will take conservatives winning elections, I have no faith in 90% of those who call themselves republicans. I’m sick of the UN and everything it stands. Time to kick the bums out of the U.S.
Impeachment not going to happen with the current make up of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.
We need major changes in both Houses of Congress to get something initiated.
We should all charge BOH as an “enemy of the state?!

TO: President Obama

Dear Mr. President:
We have received notification from the United Nations that we are being cited for violations of human rights of the illegal immigrants who violate our international broders with Mexico by the tens of thousands on a monthly basis.
As you well know, I have appeal to you numerous times by mail, by phone, through political channels and even in person at the White House for you to uphold your Constitutional duty to defend our international borders and protect our citizens, all to no avail. Instead, you have filed lawsuits, purposefully left our citizens vulnerable, allowed illegals to run rampant by not enforcing the laws on the books, and now, to add insult to injury you have brought an American State before an international tribunal, OUTSIDE the authority of the United States legal system.
Mr. President, I have tried to remain tactful and respectful, as I am a governor, and you have been duly elected the Chief Executive of the nation. However, Sir, we in Arizona DO NOT recognize ANY authority over this State or this Nation other than the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. We in the State of Arizona have violated NO laws that are inconsistent with that document, and we ARE NOT acountable to any body NOT composed nor governed according to that document.
The State of Arizona will therefore send no delegation to the United Nations to answer charges before that body. We will, however, forward this letter to our Arizona congressional delegation, as well as to the other 49 United States Governors, to warn them that the President of the United States has become so incredibly wreckless and careless with his handling of our nation’s governance that he believes he can bypass the Constitution on a whim, and disregard his oath to uphold and defend that Constitution as a matter of preference and policy.
Mr. President, no man has the right to disregard the Constitution in that way — not even you. Arizona won’t let you do that. I am confident other States will join us in insisting that you cannot. Please rethink your course of action, before the States and perhaps even Congress must address your errors by other means.

Excellent. Based on that, I will set up a fund to collect all contributions toward that purpose. I will name the fund Send Me Your Contributions Because You Are Constitutionally Ignorant Fund.
After you send me your check for $1,000 or more, then pull out your personal copy of the U. S. Constitution and find the place where it authorizes the impeachment of U. S. Senators.
A thousand dollars is not much to pay for such an effective education in Constitutional Law, is it?

Really? I'm old enough to remember when you could smoke anywhere on an airplane...then there were smoking sections...then no smoking at all on them without getting arrested.
My point is that when the no smoking thing started, who knew that it would get this far and who ever contemplated anyone having enough authority to arrest people for smoking on an airplane?
If that day ever comes when the blue hats come to arrest Gov Brewer, you can point to this and say, "This is where it started."

I will say it out loud. Obama will not run for a second term and may even resign before this term is over. He will then work to get the top position at the UN. He will then work to replace the government of the US with UN sanctions and rule. His ultimate goal was and is one world government. That puts him in a position to become ..............
Under the US Constitution foreign tribunes have no authority here. If Obama ignores the Constitution and involves the UN that is a violation of his oath of office and likely an impeachable offense.
