"I remember The Illustrated Man being the first 'grown-up' book I ever read. It gave me a life-long love of science fiction at the tender age of 6."

The Martian Chronicles at age 11 is what did it for me. After that I read everything I could get my hands on. Heinlein, Clark, Niven, Burrougs, I had to read them all.

LOL! You're a sci-fi junkie, too, eh?

I remember I, Robot by Asimov. What a memorable character Adam Link was!

I find 'normal' fiction and non fiction rather unexciting when compared to a good sci-fi / fantasy story.

How about you?
