I see that of the 125 precincts not counted, 80 of them are in legislative districts 37 thru 40, om the sea coast. That would be on the coasts of the Bering Sea and the Arctic Ocean, which in my impression would not be good places to be outside at night. In addition they are districts where the GOP did not field candidates, so there won’t be a lot of GOP voters there.
Almost all of the precincts not on the coasts of the Bering Sea or Arctic Ocean are located either on the northern panhandle, the area of Denali, and the interior non-Urban districts mostly on the Yukon River.
