The point remains that there was never any attempt to hide his father’s foreign birth and British and Kenyan citizenship. It was Obama himself who brought those issues to public attention.
To date, no court has even investigated a potential charge of fraud concerning Obama’s foreign born parent and its relationship to Obama’s eligibility however one court has ruled that the nationality of a candidate’s parents has no constitutional bearing on a candidate’s eligibility if that candidate was born in the United States.
