I wear them all the time, but with a tunic covering my own fat butt. Also, every inch of heel on a woman’s shoes takes off twenty pounds visually. If I could work my way up to 4-inch heels, I’d look thin and so would she.
Her outfit would be much more flattering if the colors were reversed - a black bottom to minimize her hips and a white top to draw the eye upward. Either she has an incompetent stylist, or she refuses to take the advice.
